Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your treasure to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your treasure must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a refund, please get in touch at sapphiremoonstudiosx@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll move your fulfilled order back to pending, issue a refund and send you a shipping label. Treasures sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damaged or issues with items

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the treasure is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong treasure, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it, if necessary.

Non-returnable items and exceptions

Certain treasures cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as limited edition or personalised treasures). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your treasure.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale treasures.

Exchanges

The most effective way to exchange a treasure is to return the one you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new treasure.

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
